Product Description

Antioxidant 1330 belongs to the family of hindered phenolic substances. It takes the form of white crystalline powder, with a melting point exceeding 244°C. The product cannot dissolve in water, yet shows varied solubility in organic solvents such as benzene, dichloromethane, methylcyclohexane, methanol and isopropanol.

This antioxidant features outstanding thermal stability, favorable adaptability for high-temperature processing, anti-discoloration property, low toxicity and eco-friendly characteristics. Thanks to these advantages, it gains extensive application across diverse industrial scenarios.

Product Application

Antioxidant 1330 is a high-molecular-weight hindered phenolic stabilizer. It finds broad application in thermoplastic polyesters, polyamides, styrenic resins, polyolefins, PET, PBT, as well as elastomers like polyurethane and natural rubber. This additive boasts outstanding compatibility with resins, great anti-corrosion and anti-extraction capacity, minimal volatility, powerful antioxidative effects and favorable electrical insulating performance.

It works exceptionally well for polyolefin goods manufactured under high-temperature processing conditions, such as PP and PE piping, injection molded components, wires, cables and other industrial products.
