Product Application Benzaldehyde CAS#100-52-7

Benzaldehyde is mainly used as a chemical raw material for producing compounds such as lauraldehyde and benzyl benzoate, and also serves as an organic solvent. It is widely applied in daily chemical fragrances (including floral compositions, soaps, foods, and beverages), in pharmaceuticals for the synthesis of intermediates such as phenylglycine and ephedrine, and in pesticides for producing herbicides like Yeyanqin.

In addition, it is used to manufacture dye intermediates, benzylamine, and benzyl alcohol, and is also applied as an auxiliary agent in polyamide dyeing and as an additive in electroplating solutions.
