Product Description of Copper(II) Phthalocyanine CAS#147-14-8
Copper(II) phthalocyanine (CuPc) has been used as an electron donor together with fullerene-C60 or phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) in vacuum-deposited organic photovoltaic (OPV) devices. Early power conversion efficiencies of approximately 1% were obtained, and this value was notably increased to about 4% when a pentacene-doped CuPc layer was introduced.
