Product Description
Tocopherol Succinate (CAS No. 4345-03-3) is a potent antioxidant with notable biological activity. Studies have shown that it may provide protective effects against gamma radiation by stimulating the production of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF). It has also demonstrated potential in inducing apoptosis in human gastric cancer and neuroblastoma cells, while inhibiting the proliferation of mesothelioma cells through the down-regulation of fibroblast growth factor receptor-1 (FGFR-1).

Product Application
It is a potent and novel antineoplastic compound with high selectivity and exhibits synergistic activity with tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand (TRAIL/Apo2 ligand). It has been reported to inhibit the proliferation of mesothelioma cells by selectively down-regulating fibroblast growth factor receptors and may enhance the antitumor activity of dendritic cell-based vaccines.
